Shipping policy
At Dei Fratelli, we care about getting our products from our family to yours as quickly and carefully as possible. Every order is packed with the same attention to detail that goes into making our tomatoes.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares it for shipment. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to the address you used at checkout, including your tracking information.
Shipping Method & Coverage
We currently offer UPS Ground shipping and proudly ship to addresses within the continental United States only. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery takes 3–7 business days after your order leaves our facility. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Delays & Patience
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur. These can be caused by carrier issues, inclement weather, or increased seasonal demand. If your order is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible.
