Refund policy
This item is non-returnable due to potential safety risk as an ingestible product, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by emailing customerservice@hirzel.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us immediately at customerservice@hirzel.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask for a photo of the damaged can, order number, and product name if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Recall Notices
If for any reason we have a product that is being recalled, we will contact the customer using the email address that was used to place the original order to notify them. Instructions for disposing of the product will be included, and full refunds or replacement product will be issued.
